Transfers are only treated if they are supported by the following documents;
- Completed application Form issued by the Federal Civil Service Commission, and duly countersigned by the applicant’s employer;
- Evidence of qualifications;
- APER for 2 years immediately preceding the date of application;
- Certified copy of Record of Service;
- Evidence of Confirmation of appointment;
- Recommendation of the applicant’s employer and attestation of
- Willingness to release the Officer;
- Certificate of Local Government/State of Origin; and
- Birth Certificate/Age declaration.
