The Federal Civil Service Commission’s Call Circular indicating the date, time and venue of the examination, including the time for registration by the candidates is circulated to all Ministries/Extra-Ministerial Departments. The Permanent Secretary is required to sign this circular because of its importance.
Requisite information regarding each candidate is indicated. The submissions are collected and categorized. Score sheets are compiled, based on the criteria earlier indicated. The score sheet along with all relevant documents are circulated to the Chairman and all Commissioners in preparation for the interview/examination.
